Cancelation policy


1. Once Tickets confirmed cannot be canceled online, can call to hotline and transfer to another date before 12 hours of the journey start time.
2. If by any circumstances the scheduled bus breakdown / trip cancel the bus operator has to refund the bus fare. In the event there are no sufficient passengers to travel, the tickets booked will be canceled or transferred to the next bus.
3. 12 hours before the departure time cancellation can be made by request.
4. Ticket will be selling to and Cash will be refund by reducing the following charges. Service Charges, Credit / Debit Card, eZCash, mCash merchant payments.
5. After the expiry of 12 hours before the departure time no refunds will be made.
