1. The mTickets or eTicket are available on www.bus.lk. For the operators that support mTickets, a SMS that is sent to your mobile can be produced at the time of boarding and the passenger is allowed to onboard in the particular bus.

1. mTicket is a mobile ticket that is sent to your mobile on booking a ticket with select operators. This SMS has the vCode number, Seat No & the Reference number along with other ticket related information. It can be used to board the bus. Please note that all operators accept the mTickets.

The eTicket means Electronic Ticket, you can get a printout of the eTicket by the website, as a valid boarding pass to travel.

To purchase the tickets you can deposit / transfer to any of the following bank DFCC, Cargils Bank, Sampath Bank, Commercial Bank, BOC Bank accounts of eTours Ventures (Pvt) Ltd to purchase the tickets.
Transactions on eTours Ventures are secured. We are provided with Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption. Using SSL ensures that the information exchanged with us is never transmitted unencrypted, thus protecting the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals.
1. Once Tickets confirmed cannot be canceled online, can call to hotline and transfer to another date before 12 hours of the journey start time.
2. If by any circumstances the scheduled bus breakdown / trip cancel the bus operator has to refund the bus fare. In the event there are no sufficient passengers to travel, the tickets booked will be canceled or transferred to the next bus.
3. 12 hours before the departure time cancellation can be made by request.
4. Ticket will be selling to and Cash will be refund by reducing the following charges. Service Charges, Credit / Debit Card, eZCash, mCash merchant payments.
5. After the expiry of 12 hours before the departure time no refunds will be made.
